TRANSAM LIMEROCK PARK

Lime Rock Park and TransAm Presented by Pirelli is in the can. We bounced between Connecticut and Massachusetts from Thursday evening until Monday evening using Hartford International Airport as are travel point. Lime Rock sits just across the border to the South and our hotel was in a little town called Great Barrington in the North across state lines. The scenic images come from this town. There is no racing on Sundays due to noise ordinances on the Sabbath so I ventured off course for a few minutes while headed to the local grocer. Being from flat Florida, I find the Mountainous or even hilly areas up North intriguing. I mean, how many sunsets and palm trees can one person photograph?

Next stop is the Detroit Grand Prix.
