You should have received a Payment Code (Last Name, Dollar Amount) on a copy of your order from your child after their session. This is assigned specifically to your athlete. This corresponds with the amount of the Package and items you preordered. If you did not preorder and/or would like to purchase more items, please visit the link and purchase from the gallery.  

MAKE SURE YOU ORDER BEFORE WEDNESDAY EVENING  (11/08) AT MIDNIGHT .

All ordering will close then so we can ensure items are processed and sent to labs in time for the first competition.

SRS provides high end Professional Chromakey Portraits and have been for over 20 years. We don't just drop an image on top of a background. We digitally add shadows, reflections, and overlays to give a reality to our images. These take time and is why all orders are prepurchase before we create the artwork.

​The process is a lot simpler than it sounds but here it goes:

• 1. You pre-purchase your package or ala carte items before the shoot at discount or wait until after the shoot and purchase in the online gallery.
• 2. You show up at the gym 15 minutes before your team's scheduled time with their hair and makeup done, the way YOU would like it. Remember, this is a fashion session that just happens to run alongside a high-volume sports shoot. 
• 3. We photograph 12 tried and tested poses of your athlete during their team's designated time slot. You can watch the shoot and see the images captured on a television as they are taken to ensure quality images are taken. Just no photography inside the gym.
• 4. We upload these images to our gallery as soon as the team is completed.
• 5. If you pre-purchased Packages and Ala Carte items, you use the custom certificate we provide you to choose your images online for each Package and/or photo gift. If you did not pre-order, you can purchase straight from the gallery. All orders or image selections must be submitted by midnight November 8th. This is to ensure delivery times are met.
• 6. We anticipate digital images to be sent out by November 20th. Printed items will arrive November 28th and 29th at the gym after the Thanksgiving break.
